"Jack & Jill Went Up The Hill"
Matt, Hayden and I took Bodhi to the doggy park the other week and soon found ourselves at a very nice grassy area. (just next to the dirt and mud covered dog park.)
I have to say we all enjoyed plan B: the beautiful grassy area much more than plan A: the dog park.
Hayden and Matt soon found themselves climbing up the grass hill (because as we all know Hayden loves to climb.)
They made it to the top and .......
down....
down....
down....
down....
down....
down....
down they went!
Whew.....so much FUN!!!
And Up Again!!!
These are a couple of pics of the grassy area, and yes, I now realize that this beautiful grassy area is probably some sort of drainage ditch type place that children and pets shouldn't play in but, none the less it's the most grass I've seen in New Mexico in a while. Hee, hee....:~)
And she always finds the puddles.

A Good Day for 1st Grade
Today was Tyler's first day of 1st grade.
We have been very lucky to be able to send him to the Manzano Day School. Tyler had a great kindergarten year and we can only hope for the same this year.
Tyler has an awesome teacher this year (fortunately Matt and I know her from outside of the school) and we are very excited to see how she can help Tyler to grow during this phase of his educational journey. We are very proud of him!!!
A Number One, for our Number One!
Showing off his new backpack/lunch box combo his Dad got him.
A little playground fun before the bell rings.
Mommy and Tyler
I love you buddy!

Camping with the Quiggles...aka Yaya & Nana
This is the sight you'll see if ever camping with the Quiggles.
A homemade sign from Uncle Robert and a string of light up lanterns and fish hanging from the camper.
It is a sight to see
And a few sights of the camping grounds.
It is an absolutely beautiful sight, a lake in the middle of the mountains
The weather was beautiful with perfect temperatures, sunshine and did I mention the magnificent sights?
Here are a many sights for your viewing pleasure.
Yaya and his "Home away from Home."
Bella & Austyn playing in their "club house."
Hayden exploring the camp grounds.
Wait for me guys!
Yaya assisting Hunter in the lighting, I mean roasting of the marshmallows.
The ducks down at the lake.
Austyn feeding the ducks.
Oh so curious!
Uh oh! Now they're curious about me.
Oh so curious!
Uh oh! Now they're curious about me.
Minos and Worms, YUCK!
Brother and Little baby sister.
Tyler's attempt in chopping down a tree with a plastic knife.
(No trees were harmed during this photo shoot)
Hmmm, what's that I see?
Should I climb onto it?
Of course I should, I climb on everything!
And as you can see from the smiles, we had a great time.
Thanks to Nana and Yaya!
We love you!
THE END!
