Today Tyler's school had a playday. Hayden 

and myself joined Tyler and his class at 14 

different play stations.  

There was holla hooping, sack races, 

basketball 

and many other activities. 

We had a great day "just playing".

"Baby Talk"

So, tonight at the dinner table during our normal grilling of Tyler and his day. "What did you do today at school...What did you learn...Were you a good boy...?" Little Miss Hayden decided she would chime in. She just talked and talked and talked! Of course most of it was not understood so Matt and I turned to Tyler and asked "T what did she say?" And to our surprise his response was "I don't know, I don't speak baby anymore!" On most days that little boy makes us laugh with the things he says.

Just wanted to add a few pics of 'Little Miss Hayden'.  She is a little ball of energy with a very loving heart.  

What is this, you might ask?

Ok, so this is what I get to deal with on a daily basis, usually 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, ....... several times a day!

What is it you might ask?

Well, little Miss Hayden feels it neseccary to distroy, remove, rip and throw every DVD and Wii game that we own onto the floor.

Why not move them you might say?

Well, I refuse!!! I believe that she can and will learn that somethings are just off limits. I do feel that it is my job as her parent to help redirect her energy. 

And this is exactly what we did yesterday and Aaaaaahhhh success!

Spring Fiesta!

Tyler and I had a GREAT time enjoying the day at Cliff's Amusement park.  The day was a celebration  put on by Tyler's school (Manzano Day School). It was really nice to just have a day for Mommy and T.  I was actually really surprised that Cliff"s  hasn't changed much since I had last gone, probably 15 or more years ago! Never the less we had a really nice day together.

Tyler really surprised me and I think himself by riding the big roller coaster TWICE! 

Unfortunately I don't have a pic but, when he told me after the ride was over that he "screamed like a girl" I thought I was going to die laughing.

So the latest entertainment is 'DANCIN'. All we have to do is play the music and Hayden's inner jitter bug goes wild! It is so cute and so much fun to watch our little baby girl! Tyler doing the 'Moon Walk'And ....Well....I think this was Tyler's inner 'Jitter Bug'!

Oh what an Imagination!

Last night after dinner and ice cream blizzards for dessert, yum! Matt, remembered that he had bought the most amazing toy a few years ago. "The most amazing toy" especially to a 6 yr old little boy with an endless imagination. 

This brightly colored toy doubled as an endless tunnel, a hiding place and my favorite, Tyler said "look mommy I've been swallowed by a giant snake!"  

Of course Hayden was a little hesitant at first but with a little encouragement from Dada and Bubba she joined the fun!

Just a few pic on Easter Sunday. Unfortunately the weather was cold and rainy, but we had a great time with family and friends.  Hayden's first egg hunt and she warmed up to the idea right away!  And of course Tyler is an old pro!
