Art Project Part II

Part II: Today Miss Hayden got an opportunity to explore her creative side.

She painted the second half of the pet bowls.

She did a great job.  She was very careful not to spill the paints and enjoyed making lots of swirls.

Art Project

I purchased a cute pet bowl painting set awhile back and we finally found a little time for Tyler to tap into his creative art side. 

If you know Tyler, he usually doesn't enjoy art projects but, he really got into this one.

He was very careful and did a great job painting Bodhi dog a new food bowl.

I am really proud of him. Great job T!

"Earth Day Dialogue"

Me: Tyler, did you have the earth day assembly today?

Tyler: Yup

Me: Did you enjoy the assembly?

Tyler: Yup

Me: Did you learn anything about earth day at the assembly?

Tyler: Yup

Me: Well... Tyler...did you do anything special for earth day?

Tyler: Well...Me and Travis fed some red ants.

Me: You fed red ants?

Tyler: Yup

Me: What did you feed them?

Tyler: (In a silly Texas accent) CHEETOS!!!

Wow, What A Wednesday!!!

 Tyler had to have 3 teeth extracted at the dentist today.  He handled the procedure VERY well.  He only had a little trouble about an hour after in the car.  I truely think it was just the sedation that he recieved that caused him to "freak" out on the car ride home.  After about an hour at home he was back to his silly boy self!  And begging and I do mean begging for real food to eat!  5 pancakes and 2 hard boiled eggs later and he was really happy!

I am really, really, really proud of him!  Now we just have to wait and see what the tooth fairy is going to pay for such BIG teeth!  Not to mention 3 at once!
